Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions for business operations.
Generate comprehensive cost estimates to inform decision-making.
Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing, serving as the main contact for local suppliers.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient purchasing systems and processes.
Manage and execute all purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing; coordinate logistics as needed.
Source critical items in collaboration with project managers and field teams.
Oversee rental equipment delivery and returns; optimize rental utilization and timely returns.
Resolve supplier invoice issues to ensure timely vendor payments.
Monitor and report inventory levels of essential supplies.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, arts, or a related discipline
Strong customer service skills
Proficient time management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to tasks
High attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to implement solutions swiftly
Driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a good driving record
Additional Requirements
Position may require extended work hours and occasional weekend availability.
Must be willing to drive a personal vehicle for company-related tasks.
